Returns can be made by mail. To return a good by mail, follow the following procedure:
Pack your goods and print and attach the shipping label that was sent to you via email. Go to your nearest post office and pay the necessary postage.

A: Our policy is to post/ship out pre-orders when all or half of the stock has been purchased. This allows us to ensure that we have enough stock to fulfill all pre-orders before the product is officially released.

A: Yes, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all pre-ordered products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund.
